Embodied Union
A somatic journey into deeper connection, intimacy and relationship.
Deep relationships are built through how we meet ourselves and each other.
Embodied Union is a somatic relationship program for couples who want to understand the deeper patterns shaping their relationship, work with what gets activated between them, and create more connection, intimacy and choice in the way they relate.
Over 3 Months, We’ll Explore…
-
How to communicate in ways that create greater understanding, safety and connection
-
How to understand the cycles you get caught in — and work with conflict and triggers differently
-
How to recognise and take responsibility for the individual wounds and protective patterns you each bring into the relationship
-
How to stay connected to yourself while learning to co-regulate and support one another
-
How to deepen intimacy in a way that honours both of your bodies, boundaries and desires
This is about more than learning better relationship skills. It’s about understanding what happens inside you and between you — so you have more choice when old patterns arise, and more capacity for connection, repair, intimacy, play and presence.
What's Included In This Program...
Theory Modules & Guided Practices
Each week, you’ll move through a new module designed to deepen your understanding of yourself, your partner and the dynamic between you.
Through relational theory, somatic teachings and guided practices, you’ll begin to recognise what’s happening beneath the surface — in your nervous system, your protective patterns and the ways you reach for, respond to and relate with one another.
Weekly Group & Private Couples Therapy Sessions
Throughout the program, you’ll be supported through a combination of weekly group sessions and private couples therapy sessions.
The group sessions are a space to bring what’s alive in your relationship — questions, challenges, recurring patterns or moments you’re trying to understand. You’ll receive reflection and guidance, while also learning through witnessing the experiences and relational dynamics of other couples.
Your private couples therapy sessions give us space to work more personally with the patterns unique to your relationship. Together, we’ll slow down what happens between you and work with the nervous system responses, attachment dynamics and protective strategies that can sit beneath conflict, disconnection and intimacy.
This is where insight becomes experiential — creating the possibility for new ways of meeting yourself and one another.
