Get to know each other more deeply.
Explore your nervous systems, needs and protective patterns, so you can recognise what is happening before a small moment becomes a familiar conflict.
Learn the skills of conscious, intentional relating and explore intimacy practices that help you feel closer. Build a strong foundation if you are newly together, or deepen a good relationship while learning to meet the challenges that come with being human.
Perhaps you are early in love and want to learn how to communicate, navigate difference and care for your connection as you build a life together.
Or perhaps you already have a good relationship, with some disagreements or recurring tensions. You want more ease in those moments and more depth in the moments between them.
Embodied Union gives you a shared language and practical skills for conscious, intentional relating. You will learn to notice what happens within and between you, express what matters, meet conflict with more care and keep choosing each other as you grow.
Alongside the teaching, guided experiences give you time to slow down, connect in your bodies and feel what you are learning together.
Come to build the foundation you want, or to deepen the relationship you already love.
Across three months of supported work, you will learn a more intentional way of relating and bring it into your conversations, everyday moments and intimate life.
