About
Through our relationship, personal study, therapeutic training and our own experiences of being human together, our work has become deeply rooted in the relational.
We believe that who we are is shaped in relationship and that relationship can also become one of the most powerful places for healing, growth and transformation.
Our work brings together somatic and experiential approaches to help you become curious about the patterns you carry, understand what happens within you and between you, and discover new possibilities for how you relate to yourself and the people you love.
NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Charlie
My work has been shaped by a long-standing curiosity about what helps people create meaningful and lasting change.
My background began in psychology, completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Counselling and Psychology Honours, before undertaking postgraduate training toward registration as a psychologist.
During this time, my interests increasingly drew me toward the relational, somatic and experiential dimensions of therapy — the ways our histories live not only in what we think, but in how we relate, respond, protect ourselves and experience our bodies.
I chose to step away from the registration pathway for a period and deepen my training in these areas.
Since then, I have spent the last few years studying and working with approaches that explore the intersection of psychology, attachment, the nervous system, embodiment and relationship. Most significantly, I completed extensive training with the Hakomi Institute Australia, an approach that has profoundly shaped the way I work therapeutically.
At the heart of my work is a belief that our relationships can offer us extraordinary insight into ourselves.
The places where we become triggered, withdraw, pursue, control, disconnect or lose ourselves often make sense when we understand the experiences and adaptations underneath them.
Rather than seeing these patterns simply as problems to eliminate, I am interested in becoming curious about them.
What is this response protecting?
What does this part of you believe?
What happens inside you in relationship with another person?
And what becomes possible when those patterns are met with awareness rather than judgement?
Today, I primarily work with women and couples, helping people understand themselves more deeply, work with relational patterns and create relationships that feel more conscious, connected and alive.
My approach is relational, experiential and somatically informed, drawing on my background in psychology alongside extensive training in attachment, Hakomi, embodiment and other therapeutic modalities.

I'm Linzey
I love love. I’m a romantic, and I believe relationships are one of the most powerful places we have to grow, heal and come to know ourselves more deeply.
Whether it’s a fleeting connection or a relationship that spans decades, the way we relate has something to teach us. Our relationships can reveal our patterns, our protective strategies, our deepest longings and the places within us that are asking for our attention.
This is at the heart of why I work with men.
I support men to understand themselves in relationship, to recognise and take responsibility for their patterns, communicate more honestly, deepen their capacity for intimacy and become more available for the relationships they truly want.
My work is grounded in somatic psychotherapy, men’s work and relational practice, with an emphasis on creating change that is not only understood intellectually, but experienced and embodied.

Where Eagles Dare — Weekly Online Men’s Group
I am a trained somatic therapist and have been actively involved in men’s work for many years, including facilitating my own weekly men’s group.
Alongside my formal training, I have presented at men’s retreats, facilitated workshops and undertaken extensive relationship and personal development work.
After more than 20 years of my own experience in intimate relationship, I remain deeply inspired by what becomes possible when we are willing to look at ourselves with honesty, take responsibility for what we bring into relationship, and learn new ways of meeting the people we love.
I believe we are capable of relationships that are more connected, honest and fulfilling than many of us have learned to expect.
